In order to create a standardized, safe and high-quality network service environment, standardize the whole process of platform service operation and user usage behaviors, and clarify the rights, obligations and risk boundaries between the platform and users, these long-form official Terms of Service are specially formulated, which are applicable to all service scenarios and user groups of the platform, and have universal and continuous legal binding force.
All users who access the platform, browse functional content, register personal accounts and use any platform network services fully confirm that they have carefully read, fully understood and voluntarily accepted all contents of this agreement before using the services. The use of platform services by users means that they voluntarily accept the constraint of these terms, and shall actively abide by all platform rules and behavioral norms in the whole process of service use.
In terms of daily service use, the platform provides users with diversified network functional services, covering page browsing, interactive experience, resource viewing, functional operation and other multiple scenarios. The platform always adheres to the principle of open and transparent service, standardizes service processes, optimizes service details, and strives to provide stable and efficient service experience for every compliant user. The platform will regularly carry out technical optimization and system maintenance to eliminate potential service risks and ensure the safety and fluency of user use.
In terms of user behavior constraints, all users shall use platform services for legitimate and compliant purposes, and shall not use platform service channels and technical resources to carry out any behaviors that damage platform interests, disrupt service order and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others. It is prohibited to use plug-in tools, batch programs and other auxiliary means to conduct abnormal operations on platform functions, prohibited to crawl and steal platform public resources without authorization, and prohibited to publish and spread inappropriate, false and infringing content through the platform.
All personal operation behaviors and published content of users are the sole responsibility of the users. If the user’s non-compliant behavior causes platform operation obstacles, public opinion risks and third-party right disputes, the user shall independently bear all corresponding responsibilities and handle all subsequent dispute problems. The platform has the right to supervise, rectify and restrict all non-compliant behaviors to maintain the healthy operation of the platform ecology.
In terms of service iteration and rule optimization, the platform’s service functions and operation rules will be dynamically updated and improved with the development of network technology and the change of user service demands. All updated service rules and functional clauses will be publicly announced on the official platform page in advance to ensure that users can know and adapt to the latest service norms in a timely manner. The platform’s rule optimization is based on the overall service development and user experience improvement, which will not arbitrarily damage the legitimate service rights of compliant users.
In terms of violation supervision and management, the platform adopts a scientific and reasonable hierarchical management mechanism for user non-compliant behaviors.
